how to manage ADSL Data Limit

hello guys:
i have a problem regarding the ADSL data limit. i have 25gb SLT adsl package (Web Family- 8 Mbps) and using 4 computers every day(2 MAC BOOKs and 2 windows based pcs).
last few months i couldnt manage 25gb data allowance within 30 days.(1 month period).most of the time it finished within 15 days.

can you guys tell me how to allocate data usage and bandwidth?

is there any way to configure my ADSL router to manage bandwidth?i am using PROLiNK H5004N Wireless router.

if you know any way to fix this matter please reply.

I just heard about the QOS (Quality of Service). but honestly I dont know how to setup?

i think this is a comman problem for most of the slt users. i have been used slt meter, but ATM i need a software or router configuring. it will be easy for anybody

uSE NET LIMITER i use it for windows mac dont sure

Use NETWORX. A freeware utility which can be used to monitor and limit your internet usage.

You can divide 25/30 and assign that amount to daily quota. And set notification trigger when it reaches 80% or whatever amount you need. It shows warning messages when you reach the pre defined values. And you can limit data download/upload per minute/second. Also u can disconnect your internet connection automatically when the usage reaches a certain value or daily/monthly quota.

how can i setup QOS for prolink h5004n router? does anyone know how to setup?

Use du meter with 5GB(1.25GB) limit for each..possible to configure auto termination of the connection
