Anyone knows how to track "Sri Lanka Postal Department" registered post packages with their tracking number??? Earlier I was checked with this following sites.

* http://globaltracktrace.ptc.post/gtt.web/
Now they have removed options from the above sites and we can not track parcels anymore (I personally checked with them). Therefore, no point to pay extra money to the registered post.
If someone knows any other option please let me know. Because I am selling goods in online and now some buyers claimed their parcels not received.
Note: Online sellers please be aware of this matter.
