Most likely it is. When I'm in Balagolla area. I get stable 4G signal but speed will drop to 4-6mbps.

I found Hutch is stable but not speedy. Mobitel on the other hand will drop the connection if start to download large file.

I've been using hutch for few years now, it was fine in the beginning but i think their towers can't handle the load nowadays. Complaining doesn't help coz those buggers keep on saying that they are upgrading the towers in the next 6 months which never comes.

I've been complaining for like 2 years now but I still get the same answer "wait till we upgrade the towers"
