No idea abt Vista 32 bit, in XP 32 bit when i had 5gb ram it showed only 3.25GB. So i think its the same case in Vista too. Now Im using Vista 64.;)

I know how much games you play for a year. You know the same regarding me.Will those games support 64bit vista?

Come on!!! Everything supports Vista 64bit. At least everything that doesn't install a driver!

Yeah! E8400 is a waste of time, unless of course you need to "try" and hit 4.5GHz. And even then you won't be lucky. Just get a E7300 and OC to around 3.6GHz without much volts and you are set for couple of years' gaming.

Oh forgot to tell one thing. Don't get the E7xxx if you intend to run 64bit virtual machines, because they don't have Intel VT and 64bit requires hardware VT for some reason. :D

    True.
E8400 is a waste of money.I dont need to overclock e7300 either.
I was using a 2.2 E4500,I was thinking of using it for another year and a half.(But got a chance to sell it with 2 Gb,and 945foxconn MB.)
Since most of the games out there just started to use full 2 cores.
Only valve has cliamed they just started the 4 core support for their newer version source engine.
I never overclock cpu .Its just a waste of time for me.But i was thinking volt moding my GPU.
