I bought 2,2GB DDR2 800 Ram kit and G31Foxconn MB.Tell me a good Core 2 CPU for this

any reason why should someone install 64 and run programs in 32?

Second reason : Installing a 64bit OS doesn't necessarily mean that you have to run 64bit programs only..

Old days we we used to run 16bit dos programs on 32 bit windows.
So is it possible to run 32bit programs(games) in 64 bit windows?If not why

Of course It is possible.. I'm on Vista64 too.. Playing all the games out there on Vista64..

or compressed some bigger files using 7Zip64 ?

IF the mobo supports 4GB of RAM and 64bit CPUs the Memory remapping feature should be enabled to address the whole 4GB, mapping peripheral memory addresses above 4GB address space
