G31 should support quad core! I mean, if P965 does, how can G31 not support because the latter is a newer chipset? I think the support is mainly defined by the motherboard maker. Definitely Intel will say you need a highend chipset! My E7300 cost me only Rs14500.
And i bought a Samsung 500GB sata(7200) 16M hard disk.
It cost me Rs9700.Is this over priced?. What do you think?

I've got to 3.81GHz at 1.3125V. Stable in IntelBurnTest for 1 hour or so. After that it needs serious volts to clock, and it's not worth it.
E7300 does OC better from what I can recall. 4GHz shouldn't be that hard. But depending on cooling.
