Financial ability, Available equipment and machinery, Vehicles (lorries, dumper trucks, excavators etc), expertise and experience in the particular field, Availability of Professional workforce, skilled labour, Education & knowledge in the field (ICTAD courses, BSc, MSc, PhD etc.) of the contractor etc. වගේ දේවල් වලට පොයින්ට්ස් දෙනව ... Government construction වැඩ වලට තමයි ඕක ගොඩක්ම ඕනෙ, Private වැඩ කරන්න ඕක ඕනෙ නෑ, වැඩකුත් නෑ ... Document එකක් තියෙනව විස්තර ඇතුව, ICTAD එකෙන් ගෙවල ගන්න ඕනෙ. මගෙ ගාව තියෙනව, ඒත් ඉතින් ස්කෑන් කරල දානව කියන්නෙ බුද්ධිමය දේපල පනත යටතේ මහඋළුගෙදර ගිහිල්ල කූරු ගනින්න වෙන්නෙ ....
