    I can guess the guy exactly who. He's the one promised to give it to me also at that price. Then I sent a friend there, At first they've billed for the card and my friend has paid and they've told they cant give the card at display and sent a guy to fetch one from stock @ some other place. Then at that place some management guy has told its not possible at that price. My friend calld me, then I calld that guy u told, then he also told me, sorry, he was upset, told me he might get a salary cut if he sold it @ that price. Now its 14k. You were lucky!

    They can be, but 2GHz is impossible (the maximum for DDR3 is around 1.8GHz). For a card having 1GHz RAM, maybe 1.2GHz is the maximum anyone sells overclocked.
