Writing, really tricky most people don't understand why don't they get a good score even though they think they did a good job. Before you practice have a look at the evaluation marking guide which is available online.
Speaking, again you need proper practice. You should have good pronunciation, a nice flow , you can slightly go off topic but stay relative to the questions
