This is quite true... Indians will show you any certificate you wish. IT guys migrate with Nursing degree certificates. A few years ago I needed a Linux developer with an in-depth knowledge of LDAP. I interviewed an Indian with an impressive certificate. I didn't select him but later I casually talked with him. He knew nothing about LDAP or nursing really ;-(
A Doctor's certificate is also achievable.. not only that, some of them do practice as doctors!
Also I know of SriLankan guys who got CNE qualifications from India for money.

As whole country india is far more developed than sri lanka. Their indusries need more engineers not like in sri lanka where theres only apartment projects and few road projects.

Yet you could obtain mbbs upon arrival to the airport. There are lots of larameters like "per capita" parameters which are more important than looking at their gdp as a whole.
Sri Lanka has civil engineering job oppertunities which surpasses the output of engineers each year. Again. India has a better number of projects. But they have 2000 million people and we only have 20

Are in support of the IESLs requirement of 2Cs and a S for their membership When minimum requirement to enter uni is 3Ss?
Is there not enough Space for IESL memberships like in our universities?
