Not going to pay a penny of money to IESL. Don't need their registration.
Company could have external title and internal title. It's the company's internal engineering ladder which decides who will do what roles and responsibilities.


If need to practice engineering, we could hire a one person with IESL membership and also a good talented person ( since we are not giving any penny to un talented people), and title we as an engineering company.



Companies will create external titles for the skilled people who are currently employed and most importantly need to hire outside the IESL. Like Lead Software Developer , Lead Security Specialist , etc. I'm NOT going to pay any penny to IESL. Will go with Lead Researcher/Lead Software Developer title instead.



Is it possible to not to hire people from science and IT backgrounds for companies like google, microsoft, intel ? Hell NO man ! They can't , research well, they have those titles. There are so smart people out there who can say 1243*234 = ? calculated from mind, who can just go through a software and find 10 security bugs within one hour. Those specialists and experts will be out there in the garage if Future 500 didn't hire them , they don't need genius garage backyard kids. So companies will adopt and find some way to hire them and create new titles.

මෝඩයෝ උන්ට එහම එන්න දීපන්. ඇවිල්ල private sector එකේ රජයේ වගේ රගන්න දීපන්.
උන්ට රජයේ වගේ something නැහැ private sector එකේ.
