Star Plus will air the 11th edition of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) in July this year. Once the event is showcased on the official broadcaster, Wizcraft plans to take the show to 110 other countries to introduce more audiences to the event globally.

Says Wizcraft executive producer Wiz Viraf Sarkari, “Bollywood is not just an extravaganza in India. It has a huge fan following globally too especially in South Africa, Pakistan and southeast Asia. And we are gearing up to tap these markets with IIFA.”

Post the airing of IIFA on the Star Network, the event will be aired across the Sri Lanka National Network and then travel to other corners of the world including US, UK, South Africa and Hong Kong
