My question is,

How hard is the custom clearance process if its hold by customs.

Nope. Just go to the nearest post office with a customs office (foreign parcels counter, they'll send you a letter mentioning which post office you have to go to), fill out two forms, pay the tax, pick up the phone.

You probably got Fedex and Daraz delivery mixed up, Daraz delivery doesn't offer tax collection upon delivery afaik

Thanx guys. In the end I got POCO M5s 8GB/256GB for Rs38000. I only need it for Wtsapp/Telegram/Google meet office calls and emails. This is going to be my secondary phone for UK Sim card with local dialog Sim.

Don't want to pay more than 50K for a 2nd phone.

BTW check below for the item. Reviews seems good and 2x Srilankans also bought phones from them.

Today I received letter through registered post for customs hold. I'll goto Colombo post office coming Monday to pay and collect the parcel.

Parcel dispatched 2nd of July and received to Srilanka on 10th. It's in customs clearance status.
Tracking no stared with RB and end with SG.

I also ordered tablet and it's coming through Daras delivery as tracking no end with DEX.
