I hope this doesn't come off as a personal question, but was it generally hard to find a job with the NSBM/Dublin degree? Or did you get a job relatively quickly.

It doesn't matter which university you are attending. If you are well qualified not only in academic but also other extra curricular activities such as competitions, forums and etc, I am damn sure jobs will find you.

Yeah I understand that but sometimes even the good guys don't get jobs noh. I have a cousin sister who graduated with First Class Honors in Business Admin @ APIIT and it took her 3 years after graduating to find a good job at Keells.

It's all up to you mchn.Mostly depends on your personality,connections and knowledge on the job.As for the recognition there will be many employers looking specially for NSBM graduates.I myself got selected to 3 mangement trainee positions under 3 months.But one thing to be cautious if you're doing managemet it's a very vast area.If you are no good at marketing,accounts or finance you'll have a tough time in sri lanka.Even if you get into a management trainee position end of the day you'll have to select either of those careers.So better to pursue with a career in mind.

Thanks a lot for all the info, bn. Only thing left to decide now is between Plymouth and Dublin. But that I think I will have to go there and ask them personally. One last thing, is there a lot of sports in NSBM? I am really interested in playing basketball, but I didn't play for the school team, so idk if they will take me, but I want to at least try out
