11.freak out=panic,very upset
Ex.Everybody was freaking out.
12.Pitch in=to join,an effort to help with something.
Ex.We all have to pitch in.
13. Beat=tired
hit the sack=go to bed
Ex.I'm beat, time to hit the sack.
