1-seems as the Sniper shooter has used a heavy calliber sniper gun...
2-and according to the forsenic view, the victim might got hit by the back side,,
because the so-called "entry" is just a small hole; but the "exit" is a large wound caused by the sniper bullet.

depend on which type of calliber you are using
a)-heavy one or standard one
b) the profile of the bullet ( for example if you using peircing rounds of 12,7mm with Barret heavy sniper gun, you can hit even more than 2 kms and pierce through the 3 inch armour)
