AMD is usually cheap.
Good for gaming. Intel better for normal people.
If you are not attaching a VGA card, AMD fusion is the preferred choice. It has on-chip (core-integrated) Ati radeon VGA. Ten times better than the intel one.

However AMD is hard to find. So i'm using a Core i3 (intel) as well, coz i didn't find it in unity plaza.
