    Not at all. :no::no: I know the London Examination syllabus. It's not that different from the local syllabus. I don't know about commerce and arts. But Science and maths syllabuses (local) are quite up to date. That is why they change the syllabus every year or so. It's the same for local universities. They have a standard to maintain. So they upgrade the syllabus.

    Come on.. this is an age of global information. whatever changes and gets upgraded can be integrated into the syllabus easily. It's not like the government schools are giving education with slates and parchments etc. And the teachers aren't cavemen. :lol::lol:

    it's only a matter of time until topology snaps and starts calling you a troll :lol:

    why don't ya'll speak the obvious truth.

    1)Parents try their best to enter their child to a reputed government school
    2)Failure to do so
    3)parents who can afford send their kids to Pvt schools

    The order of priority tell the story :lol:

    That's the absolute truth :yes::yes:

    many of the top government schools have the children of government workers, military & others selected after the grade 5 exam

    others government schools are not doing well

    most of the children who fail OL's don't come from top schools they come from the average, poor schools

    Other than the British school, I'm not aware of any other school that has a truly international curriculum.

    This is true. :yes::yes: People who are planning to go abroad go to those schools. Their curriculum is good, which is not the case with many so called "International" schools we see popping up everywhere. (If anyone wants to go to an international school, they should pick a good one, with proper standards. Just because a school is called "international", doesn't mean it's a good one. :D:D)

    Of course, these schools cost quite a bit of money. Very few people can afford them. :):):D:D

    obviously setting up international schools in every corner is not going to help that though ..
