As the picture indicates I think the most congested lines is in the Asia Pacific right on the geologically active zone!! Damn!! If an undersea earthquake would've hit there then we all doomed!!

And also I heard the most expensive Internet charges in the world is in African continent!! Well that explains I guess!!
