Internet Explorer help!

Hey guys I am having some problems with Internet Explorer.When ever I try to go to any web site I keep getting the "The page cannot be displayed" error.I have tried scaning my p.c with kaspersky Internet security7,running spyware scans like Spybot search and distroy and spy sweeper,deleting my temperory internet files,cookies,history.I even tried uninstalling IE7 and using IE6 again.But still it does not work. Also, I have no problems with Firefox,Spacetime or safari browses installed in my p.c I only get this problem with Internet Explorer.

There seems to be no problem with the settings.
The page almost loads and then fails.

Ok I tried taking off the network cable and the ipconfig /renew cmd.Still no change

Probably Kaspersky is doing its "thing"! Disable it and see.

No all other browsers work fine.Infact I am using Firefox right now.
