IP Address Conflict

Guys I use router for ADSL and same for network the computers. But now i can log to internet in one computer and theres message that says 'IP address conflict'. So I can't log on to Internet using other computers on network and network also block. How do i rectify this error? Please advice me..thnx in advance..
