We are on the lookout for a competent Sales Manager willing to do IT Products / Services / Service Agreements; Sales.
Our organization is still in its primary stage with a lot of great growth opportunity.
We have been in the marker for the past 18 years in, Passenger Transportation industry and as part of our diversification we have looked in this avenue of IT Products, Sales & Services.
We have strategic relationships with IT Products Suppliers in Sri Lanka which we believe will give us an edge over other IT Product Suppliers in the market.
We want you to carry this advantage and register our organization in the minds of our clients and customers.
We are looking at both the Corporate Channels, Wholesale and Retail Channel Sales Segments.
You should have great PR skills and Selling Skills. Your network of connections would be an added advantage.
We are looking at personnel with good communication skills and great leadership skills with the ability to lead organization while meeting sales targets.
The ideal candidate should possess;
Knowledge in Computer Hardware / Software, Experience in Desktop Computers assembling, Trouble shooting, Support, Operating System Installation & Network related work.
Industrial Experience will be an advantage.
Good Communication skills in Sinhala & English(Both Spoken & Written is MUST), Tamil will be added advantage.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Very good selling skills.
A very good network of potential clients.
Ability and proven track record when it comes to meeting deadlines and targets.
Confidence and the ability to build and develop a new entity.
Sound knowledge in Excel & Word.
Valid Motor Cycle Driving License.
Job Duties;
Building PR and creating strategies sales strategies.
Study the market and work closely with the operations manager and the team.
Set Targets and meet them.
Run the business profitably and increase revenue.
Understand the customer requirements and work to fulfill them.
Explore other venues that sales could be developed.
Inspire the organization.
