Payoneer site ekata gihilla balapan. But you must associate urself with one of their partner companies and start working for them, then can u get paid to that card, or u can get money straight to ur card from anyone else as well by using the 'Send money to ur email' method.

payment will come to it straight from my online workplace, nuttin to do with my bank account.

I use it, mostly for payments from the US, cos Moneybookers dont work from the US.
I get my money sent to my MC debit card and then upload the funds to my MB account an then withdraw it straight to my SL bank account.
