Live swine is not forbidden isn't it? So what ever happens in live swine should happen on Allah's command. And the mutation occurs inside live swine, not inside the dead one.

Islam is not particularly say anything about Swine flu,But Quran orders Muslims to avoid close contact with pigs, as well as not to eat pork.and I believe the disease confirmed the teaching of the Quran.
You cant expect all the disease to be mentioned in the scriptures, but of course Quran warn us to be precautionary before get in to disease.
1. Swineflu does not transmit through pork
2. Wildboar contacts are inevitable in some parts of SL
3. Even if you avoid such contact. even through other animals you can get it.
So the obvious answer will be to kill all swine and boars if you want to get rid of the disease. Still, it may not work.
Now where does that led to?
See after this disease spread to the human, of course what you are saying is correct. but 1st and root cause for Swine flu is pig. and it started from pig, now by killing all pigs we cant avoid the desease but what i was saying is reduce direct contact with pigs.

the deceases which are due to pig other than swine flu also have been mentioned by siraaj.

See your data is baseless, H1N1 even can spread from human to human,it even would have spread due to movement of people. for instance I know in saudi H1N1 1st confirmed from a visitor, in kuwait 1st it was confirmed in US army base and etc.its all about western countries root cause for this disease.
NOW I NEED YOU TO GIVE ME A CHART IN HOW MANY MUSLIM COUNTRIES H1N1 STARTED FROM PIGS and THEY WERE ROOT CAUSE FOR THIS DISEASE AND HOW MANY CASE???? This is the only question is relevant here.
