if you are into cooking and want to be a chef.. kitchen hand is the easiest way to get in to the industry and gain some good experience..
yes you probably have to do dishes and other labour work but also u may be able to work on food prepping for the service,if lucky u may be able to work in a station sometimes.
A good head chef can guid you & will make u an awesome chef.
this is one way to get the knowledge, knife skills and in general, skills in a kitchen..
