U can register machan but still it's illegal right? Cos one of my friends had, lots of probs wit his CBR 400 and finally he decided to sell it. Cos too much trouble from the cops. So as long as u keep away from the cops u will be ok i guess Bcos just by registering it as 250cc doesn't end the story. Cops can check ur bike's capacity if they want it seems. This is what i've heard not 100% sure though. So if u r planning to buy one make sure u get all these info.
