We dont have any. There are few they are abroad. What we do is copy from previous contract without reviewing. Best option is to seek standard contract from international professional consultants such as PWC, .... and try to do it yourself. You may get a person who had previous experience in an institution where such IT work was done, but there is no guarantee that person understood the contract. These are special contracts where special training is required , we do not have such training locally and even foreign qualified few are not updated due to local environment
