if law is the same? why they are telling different ways? it should be the same.

then maybe it's just gross incompetence. most lawyers here specialize in some comfortable niche, but won't really admit when some issue is beyond their expertise. to protect their own reputation, they confuse the client with lot of bullshit and even charge them for it sometimes, instead of referring them to someone better qualified to handle the issue.
