My simple answer

If i were you, i will go with Personal loan with fix rate (no floating interest rate)

if not; go to lease through bank, but max 2% higher rate than personal loan.
i will not go to lease company, i prefer to use public transport without vehicle.

If you can't buy it by cash you can't afford one. Taking loans to buy a personal vehicle is a stupid idea unless it's for a commercial purpose. Either earn more money or go for lesser value vehicle
