I am starting a startup software firm with a friend.

And we are looking for office space. We work Aus time so, people will work at night (early morning)

Should have space for 4-5 people. Should not need A/C (natural hulan needed)

Maximum 25,000 budget. Can provide 3-4 months key money. Rent (not a lease)

Its best if the property has kitchen facilities, washroom needed.
