එක හදන්නේ කෙනෙක්ගේ බරත් එක්ක කිලෝ එකක මීයෙක් මරන්න බෙහෙතෙන් 75mg ඕනි කියල හිතුවොත් ඔයාගේ බර කිලෝ 60 නම් 75 X 60 = 4500mg ඕනි

4500mg = 4.5g ------ kg නෙමෙයි
මම එකපාරක් 2001 දි ඩෝමිකම් 7.5 පෙති 90ක් ගිල්ල. එතකොට ඔක්කොම 675mg වගේ නේ.. අනේ මංද දොස්තරල බඩට බටයක් දාල ඔක්කොම ටික ඇදල අරං. මම රෑට කාපු මැල්ලුං ටිකත් එයාල දැකල. හොඳ බත් පිඟානක් කාල රෑ වැඩේට සෙට් වුනේ.
