i have friend...shes younger than me like 5years age gap...i'm 20 and u can guess her age....i know her since she moved here 4 or 3 months back....and somehow we became friends..good friends by the ways...you know....i dont have any sisters so, if i get something yummy i ask her to come over and we share it....my mom and her mom are really good friends so no problem...k so...and i really like to hang out with her...i had a Girl Friend but we broke up...after that i didnt had a affair (nearly 2 years plus i dont see anyone)
hmmph! So this little girl, i love her very much She wants me to be her boyfriend!
i dont see her in that way...shes really pretty and im not lol...i really love her as my sister.... im thinking , i can start a relationship with her, but how to make love u know have sex her?! my mind accepts she as my sister so i cant get into the other mood... she said that she really wanna have sex with me and i dont wtf!

It is little difficult to give a exact answer for problems like this one. If you think you can't feel about her in a romantic way, i think, you are doing the right thing now. Don't give her any positive response and let her feelings about you to fade out. It looks little strange coz you're saying that she is asking you sex though there is no love affair between you two. Anyway, considering her age, it is not a good idea to start a sexual relationship with her under any circumstances. You're a grown up man and you control how it ends. It's up to you brother.

i also accept this because don't get m'understand with love and sex, it's no same, love is a differnt feeling so this fellow give the right answer for you, and also you are the elder fellow and you know something about the world than your sis, so you need to control your self always cuz we can't easily contro others, best way is control about your self
