I had the same issue on 2016 MBP 13 inch. Bluetooth mouse (Not magic mouse) connect kaloth wifi patta slow. Bluetooth off kalama hari.
Fix ekak hambuna stackoverflow eke. Bluetooth config file ekak rename/delete karanna thiyenne. Ita passe hari giya. Mama hambunoth daannam

ඕක ලැප් එකේ අව්ලක් නෙමෙයි, පාවිච්චි කරන devices වල BT, Wifi frequency වල අව්ලක්. Device එකෙන් device එකට frequency band වලින් බාදා වෙනවා. Wifi band එක නම් රව්ටරෙන් ලොග් වෙලා වෙනස් කරන්න පුලුවන්නේ, කරලා බලන්න හරියයි.

මගේ windows lap එකේ ඔහොම scn එකක් වෙලා bt & network drivers update කලාම හරි ගියා...
