Questions Macbook Pro M4 ගෙදරදී charge වෙන් නෑ

මචන් මෙක ගෙදරදී charge වෙන් නැහැ but office එකේදී (colombo WTC) charge වෙනවා.
එහා පැත්තේ ගෙදරටත් plug කරලා බැලුව එත් charge වෙන් නැහැ .

I asked a friend of mine to buy this when he was returning to SL from AUS.
The macbook supports
100V - 230V
50Hz - 60Hz

And should work in SL without any issues and it does at the office.
But how to know what's wrong in our area?
