Yep, you can also use WinAVI (commercial app)
Then burn the converted VOB and corresponding BUP and IFO files on to a DVD. Use a tool like Nero and select DVD-Video, then drag n drop the above files in to the VIDEO_TS folder.

eka atta machan. sync awul yanawa. i also tried with a lot of softwares to join those 4 parts. but audio doent sync with video. i think some frames were missing when the uploader split the file in to 4 portions.
