Is it possible to increase the budget a bit more? You can get a 4670 for around 18K and a 4850 for around 23K (pwns majorly).

But, if that's the max you can afford, go for a 9500GT like Anusha said. Try to get a 1GB version if it fits your budget.

1.why do you suggest him to buy a 4670 when 9600GT is around 15k(i hope)?
2.if he is buying a 9500GT, why 1GB?

I don't recommend going with a 9500GT as I just realised how low end it is. If you can only spend for a 9500GT, you might as well go for a inno3D 8600GT with the GDDR3 memory, because the 9500GT is pretty much a renamed 8600GT.

And you'll see little to no difference in anything higher than 256MB if going with a 9500GT, so get the one which is available for the lowest price.

And the 4670 would be an alternative to the 9500GT/8600GT if you prefer ATI.
