Think I can help that. There is only one philosophy you have to follow if you are a 'natural' bodybuilder. Just stick to the following three elements and I guarantee you can get into good shape.
1. Training - Lift heavy
2.Nutrition - Feed the muscle right!
3. Rest - Shoot for 8-10 hours of quality sleep.
