Hotmail & MSN doesn't work in Outlook anymore. You need Outlook Connector addon for Outlook for that.

The easiest option is to install Windows Live Mail beta. It supports everything.

use GMail or EK mail or any other mail what supports for POP forwarding :S
Hotmail works fine in Outlook. You just have to download and install "Outlook Connector" from Microsoft (Softpedia has a little older version but works fine). Outlook doesn't have native support for http accounts anymore. (I have setup two vista.aero accounts in Outlook as a matter of fact)
