if someone want to go in there an inside person need to make an inquiry for the main gate.(before create a gate pass they need some form of verification,mostly id copy,passport/licence)

then security room issuing a specific number and that number send to incoming person by inside person.
now a coming person need to provide that number and his identity by another security room.
in there they issue a temporary gate pass to that person by after check those number+id number validity.
most of the times you have to pay certain certain amount of fees.(that varies what the occasion is)
finally in another gate security persons then allow that coming individual to g0 inside there.
that's how it done.
since the port is inside of highly security area i'm guessing that procedures are less or same in the boi zones.

Cmb port gate pass could only be applied through registered companies of SLPA thts why I wanted his NIC if he's desperate to meet me inside port limits
and he thinks you are bluffing
A SI doesn't know about procedures of highly security sites.
