We have recently changed our pricing and space package for free and premium
users. Premium users have more storage options to cater to their needs. Free
users now have a total average of 10GB of space allocated to them with an
opportunity to get up to 40 GB of free space. This will give you a total of 50GB.

In order to get free space, please click on your avatar located on upper
right hand corner. Located in the drop down is a link called + Earn Free Space.

I am sorry for the inconvenience, but this change was necessary to bring more
options to our customers. Please rest assured that your files have not been
deleted, but you will not be able to upload any more files until you have
raised the storage ceiling of your account. By earning free space or
purchasing a premium plan.
