මගේ යාලුවෙක්ගෙ හදවතේ blocks තියෙනවා කියල සැක කරනවා. heart specialist කෙනෙක්
ecg වගේ ටෙස්ට් කීපයකින් පස්සේ තීරණය කල, හදවතේ blocks තියෙනවා කියල බලන්න ධයි (dye) ටෙස්ට් එකක් කරන්න ඕන කියල. එකෙන් තීරණය උනොත්, ( blocks තිබුනොත්), එගමන්ම operation එකක් කරන්න වෙනවා. මේක ගොඩක් අමාරු දෙයක් නෙවිලු (දවසයි දෙකයිලු ඉන්න වෙන්නේ). මට මේක තේරෙන්නේ නැහැ.

මේක කරන්න ලංකාවේ හොද තැන් මොනදව? කොච්චර වියදම් යනවද? කොච්චර කාලයක් බල ඉන්න වෙනවද? (waiting list)

there is some confusion here. the term "heart block" is used to describe a block of conduction of electrical activity in heart which cause disturbance of rhythem. in complete or some types of 2nd degree heart blocks need pace maker implantation which cost more than 20 lakhs.

but i feel what you are talking is "coronary angiogram" because you talk about a dye.if there are blocks in heart vessels, you need "stenting". the drug eluting stents cost about 3-4 lakhs per stent. bear-metal stents cost less. angioplasty is performed less nowadays. all these are done at national hospital, Jpura, central, lanka hospitals, durdans and most of other privare hospitals
