Common issues
01. All 12V relays are vulnerable - Better to replace with Reconditioned Japan relays or brand new reliable relays
02. Rear and front left side visibility is low - there are few blinds pots - specially the view covered with front left column - Be careful
03. Do not wash engine bay with water always use highly vaporizing chemicals
05. Silencer is made with very cheap and low thickness material - I had to replace
06. Do engine tune up and throttle body clean up for every 20000KM - You can do it your self if you are familiar with these stuffs
07. Check the spark plug condition - replace if necessary - if iridium is used no need to replace for long time - check the specifications of the plugs
08. No need to use 95 Octane gas - 92 is OK
09. Cooling fans works in high RPMS when AC is on (both should works) - normal
10. Temperature bar is just above the half of the gauge - Normal
11. Your Panda is not a BMW or Benz so most of parts are made with cheaper materials (Specially - Plastics) so use with care (Specially at service - they may break AC holes,Switches etc)
11.Better to replace Engine Oil,Gear box oil,Break fluid, Radiator coolants etc and start with new records.
12 If any gear is jamming (Specially - reverse gear) change the clutch horse - Only required after 70000Km
13. IF ABS is not available breaking is slippery in wet roads - even with new tyres
14. No engine troubles/No gear box issues but your oxygen sensor may get fault when reaching 100000Km (Only cost around 5000)
15. Wiper arm assembly is very easy to fail - be on alart
16. Always use genuine parts - but company price is very high - Don't go to Panchikawatte full of frauds - Go for external seller (They will Currier to your home)
17. There are number of copies to same spare part - hard to identify but it is possible
18. Fuel consumption should be around 15Km/L over all. Outstation more than that and city limit less than that
19. Most repair guys dont know about Panda cars so they will simply blame your car and do several unnecessary things and make the problem worse
20. If you have at least average sense of automobile it is easy to use the car
22. In my private experience 90% of issues arise in service center faults - mainly human issues (Do not trust people even in so called reputed places)
23. Do not trust people opinions who have not even touched the vehicle
24. Your car is a low budget product and it is simply not a 5M/6M car, so know your car it has the almost same level in it's class - like a Maruti/Quide/Eone etc.
