Mobiltel - What is Telecommunication Levy?

Can some one please tell me that what is Telecommunication Levy witch is included in the Mobitel bill?

There are two of them, Telecommunication Levy (10%) and Telecommunication Levy (20%). Why?

Are card connections are cheaper? . Seems like we are paying too much as other charges. Isn't it?


I'm using this Mobitel # since 2007 and not a post to insult them.

Broadband services walata charge wenna nam widihak na ban.. 400MB data free tiyeddi.
