Mobitel support ekak one....

මගේ mobitel sim එකෙන් යවන msgs සමහර වෙලාව විතරක් එක්තරා mobitel number එකකට යැවෙන්නේ නැහැ. Msgs 2,3 ක් විතර යැවුවට පස්සේ, “Your SMS to 071XXXXXXX, is refunded for undelivered SMS.” කියලා Mobitel error SMS එකක් එනවා. නැවත හරියන්නේ 5 minutes විතර ගියාට පස්සෙ තමයි. ඊට පස්සේ තව msgs 2,3 ක් විතර send කරාට පස්සේ ආයෙ error එක එනවා. නමුත් මේ ප්‍රශ්නය තියෙන්නෙ 1 number එකකට විතරයි.

ඒ number එකෙන් මගේ number එක block කරලත් නෑ. ඒකට calls ගන්නත් පුලුවන්.

මම අනෙක් mobitel nums වලට msgs යවනකොට මෙහෙම error එකක් එන්නෙ නෑ.

Customer care call කරාට වැඩක් වුනේ නෑ. Network block කියලා බයිලා ගහලා shape වෙනවා.Network Block නම් අනෙක් mobitel numbers වලට msgs යන්නේ කොහොම ද?

Mobitel එකේ වැඩ කරන හෝ මේ ගැන දන්න කෙනෙක් support එකක් දෙමුකො බලන්න.

No machn, i asked her about this. she says "NO diversion". according to what i have found this happens to me only when her Inbox is FULL. When she deletes her old messages my SMS is delivered to her.

But thats impossible ah???
