thats the same as i ma mind!!
but the thermal solution will spoil that out.:(:(
But can't help there. The thermal paste is required. There aren't 100% perfect surfaces (need them in heatsink as well as the CPU heatspreader).

Dont think i'm gonna argue with u.Just curious..
Why dont u like AMD?
The reasons most people give show pure idiocy, such as they don't like the name, they think AMD is slow, overheats, unstable. All are not 100% true. Intel has a nice name, yeah, but their CPUs were slow for the last couple of years, overheated like hell (thus unstable)..

Intel was always stable...they didn't want to rush for anything..so they took their time and released INTEL CORE 2 DUO and bang...bye bye AMD...
Intel not rushing? Then what do you think AMD are doing? They are very slow to move to a new generation. Even the upcoming super chip from AMD is called K8L, not K9 or K10 (I heard that there won't be a K9). Still it's a K8, but with a considerable number of performance enhancements.

Can u buy me the Intel quad which performs best than AMD Athlon FX-62??
They r not affordable to us.I'm talkin about the normal market here with PD + C2D s with sempron+Athlon64+Athlon X2 s..
My dear, Intel's E6600 is faster than a FX62 in every benchmark. This is US$300 vs. US$600+ we are talking about!

well best things are always high in price....and chap one has a hole in it...

Do you ever wonder why AMD is cheaper....
Who says AMD is cheaper? AMD was cheaper, but when they gained the market, their CPUs were more expensive. The X2 3800 was over US$300 for a long time, when Intel's PentiumD 3GHz was less than that. Pricing is decided by the ruler! Intel can charge anything they want because their chips are better now. AMD have lowered their prices because they can't compete with Intel's CPUs.

I accept bro.U r correct.3D is the weakness of AMD.When comes to 3D they perform about 80% of Intel. If I was a 3D designer i'll use an Intel nomatter what. But When it comes to 2D,Gaming ,Video rendering it is AMD.Thats coz Intel use hyper threading
and AMD use Hyper Transport..[Not the names technologies r very much differ. In simple its like Parallel frm Intel and Serial frm AMD,not exact]
And remind u one thing, toms hardware is a great AMD fan too. They r powered by AMD Opteron...

Hey! No matter what the area is, Intel is faster NOW!!! AMD only had one advantage! Only one!!! Games!!! But now it's not on their hands! AMD can't win a thing now  But they have been a very good competitors, and will continue to be the same. Just give them some time. They'll come up with a solution oneway or the other (remember, ATI?).

ATI is not always better than nVidia because ATI is late on their flasgship products.
Eg:
6800Ultra vs X850XT
7800GTX vs. 1800XT
7900GTX vs. X1900XTX
7950X2 vs. X1950XTX

You know, in most cases, dual 7950X2 (i.e. quad SLI) is slower than dual X1950XTXs.

But the thing is, when AMD and ATI get together, thye can release a hybrid processor which, according to them, will give a boost of several steps! (not a few %, but a few integer multiples of the current performance). I wasn't talking about ATI alone.
