    But it doesn't say anything about a controller :confused:

    :lol: that's little bit extreme cooling

    Hey IT Gang of SL Cyberspace :lol: :lol: ,
    My VGA's GPU (overclocked) runs around 60-70 Celcius on load, on idle 50-60 Celcius, Is it ok or not much good for the lifespan of it?

    So I guess VGA ram chips might require cooling

    Zalman VGA RAM Heatsinks - 1000/=

    VGA_Ramsink_BG.gif

    would these be compatible for my vga's ram chips?

    Molex connector means the normal HDD power connector :lol: :lol: :lol: (i.e. not the 3-pin connector which you can plug into the motherboard's fan header)

    These are only necessary if you go into extreme overclocking. Besides, it has nothing to do with the GPU temperature. Normally, the monitoring software can't monitor the RAM temps.

    These are compatible with anything which has a flat surface. All you have to do is just stick them on the RAM chips :) (better hope that gum doesn't melt as a result of the high temperature :lol: :lol: )

    Do you know which RAM chips they are? I mean, the model number? 800MHz could even be less than in the specs.
    Yeah I searched, or researched :lol: sometime ago to know max voltage(i fancied a volt mod those days, i guess u cud remember)

    It's...
    Infineon HYB18T512161BF-37

    Spec:-

    HYB=DDR
    18=1.8v
    T=DDR2
    512=512mb
    16=32mb X 16chips
    1B=FBGA(cudnt remember)
    37=533mhz

    :yes:
