Both motherboards brands work pretty much the same at STOCK. However, Intel (for this application) doesn't let you overclock your CPU. 3rd party manufacturers do. That's the only difference as far as I can tell....but that is a HUGE difference!

For any motherboard that has a PCI-E x16 slot! You only need an adequate power supply to power up the beast.

That is the case with most motherboards. Just research before buying. That's the only option.
