just what i was looking for..

machan i have a nvidia vga. when i put it in the pc, it doesn't turn on at all. few rounds of fan and nothing else. everything halts. have to turn power and remove the card to start the pc again,

also i have another digital meter panel to be repaired, can you do that too ?
