Maybe you selected an option which is not available in that rip. Try unselecting unwanted/extra stuff and install only the core Office components.

I downloaded, unpacked and created the DVD.
Then select MS Office, there first select FULL INSTALL, CD asked.
Then, minimal install selected, again CD asked.

????
