MUNCHEE WITH FREE DIRT

I bought a Munchee Tikiri Marie biscuit pack last Friday for my grand daughter. when the pack was opened we found some dirt or black powdered stuff on the biscuits. she felt really sad and upset and disappointed of her loving brand of biscuits. We tried to contact the CBL to make a complain but no success yet. So, I thought it is my duty to inform you all to be more careful when you buy food items for your loved ones specially your kids.

so if they neglected your inquiry you should better report it to consumer affairs authority.

I did . I was able to contact them after several unsuccessful attempts as most of the phone numbers and emails mentioned on their sites don't work anymore. Anyway,they highly appreciated my feedback and promised to give me a report after lab test. They never asked of my age )
